Samantha Lewis is an Intake paralegal at The Eason Law Firm who serves as a trusted first point of contact for clients navigating the legal process. She gathers key case information and helps clients feel informed, heard, and supported from the start. Throughout each case, she works closely with clients to maintain communication, answer questions, coordinate information and documentation, and help ensure their concerns are communicated to the legal team. She also works closely with Mr. Eason to organize case details, monitor key developments, and assist with preparing and managing each client’s claim. With compassion and attention to detail, she helps create a smooth experience for clients while supporting the attorney in handling their cases effectively.

Prior experience as a Deputy Courtroom Clerk has provided Samantha with a valuable understanding of courtroom operations, legal procedures, case management, and the importance of accuracy and confidentiality within the legal system. Working directly in a courtroom environment developed strong organizational skills, attention to detail, familiarity with court documents and deadlines, and effective communication with judges, attorneys, court staff, and members of the public.

Samantha brings deep compassion and understanding to every case she manages. They recognize that a personal injury can affect far more than a person’s physical well-being—it can disrupt their work, family life, financial security, and sense of normalcy. For clients whose lives have been unexpectedly changed because of someone else’s negligence. She sees the person behind the case and strives to provide reassurance, patience, and support throughout the entire legal process.

Outside of work, she enjoys creating art through painting and embroidery. She has learned several instruments throughout most of her life, including trombone, bass, guitar, violin, and ukulele, and has also sung in her school choirs. She loves spending time in nature, traveling to new places, and caring for her pet cat. She notices the beauty in everyday life and is a very caring individual toward the people in her life.
